Department of Data Management State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of Aktobe Region"

The Data Management Department is a structural subdivision of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of Aktobe region". In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulations on Management, as well as the Regulations on the department.

Department tasks:

In accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1) implementation of the main directions of the state policy on digital technologies;

2) ensuring compliance with uniform requirements in the field of information and communication technologies, as well as the rules for implementing the service model of informatization;

3) digitalization of the internal activities of state bodies;

4) providing conditions for the development and implementation of modern information and communication technologies in the main sectors of the economy and spheres of life;

5) ensuring compliance with uniform requirements in the field of information and communication technologies, as well as the rules for implementing the service model of informatization;

6) ensuring and implementing the principles of the budget system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Department functions:
1) posting publicly available information about the plans and results of the creation and development of informatization facilities of state bodies on their Internet resources;
2) ensuring access to information, including the content of information resources;
3) posting of open data in Kazakh and Russian on the Internet portal of open data;
4) placement of content on a single platform of Internet resources of state bodies, as well as ensure their reliability and updating;
5) organization and holding of forums, presentations, meetings and seminars, round tables on digitalization issues, as well as making proposals for their holding in the region, the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) participation in workshops on digitalization;
7) within its competence ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of consumer protection;
8) ensuring timely and high-quality execution of protocol orders of hardware and other meetings chaired by the akim of the region, including work with the SKIP information system (hereinafter referred to as the System), monitoring timely and high-quality execution of orders related to management, ensuring full-fledged input of information into the system;
9) Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of the roadmaps of the national project "Technological breakthrough through digitalization, science and innovation";
10) implementation of activities for planning, review, approval, clarification and adjustment of the management budget;
11) management accounting, submission of financial and budget reports, implementation of budget execution activities;
12) organization of public procurement procedures;
13) ensuring confidentiality and control when working with secret documents and letters for official use;
14) exercise in the interests of local public administration of other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
