Provision of consulting and information assistance to individuals and legal entities in the field of trade; Preparation of necessary materials, draft resolutions of the Akimat of the region, decisions and orders of the akim of the region on trade issues; Participation in the organization and holding of meetings, conferences, seminars on trade issues; Organizational guidance for exhibitions and fairs of wholesale products produced in the field and consumer goods; Development and control of the implementation of the strategic management plan for the development of the trade sector. Takes measures aimed at reducing prices for socially significant food products and fuels and lubricants, in case of unjustified growth identified on the basis of the results of daily monitoring; Draw up protocols on administrative offenses for exceeding the maximum permissible retail prices for socially significant food products; Work within the framework of the project management "Development of Trade" of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the direction of "Modernization of the sphere of trade"; Conducts consideration in accordance with the established procedure of applications, complaints, proposals of individuals and legal entities; Ensures the execution of resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Defense", orders of the akim of the region, other legislative acts, regulating the issues of civil defense and emergency situations.
