    Finance Division, Tourism Department of Almaty city

    General information

    The main activity of the Finance Division consists of three areas, namely:

    1. Financial and economic part:

    - review of funding plans and monitor their implementation;

    - preparation of the budget financing plan for the current year;

    - development of a strategic funding plan for the current year;

    - timely disbursement of budget funds;

    - control over the execution of budget requests;

    - control over the correct, effective and targeted spending of funds, in accordance with the approved financing plan for obligations and payments, taking into account the changes made in accordance with the established procedure.

    1. Accounting:

    - organization of accounting;

    - compliance with financial and staff discipline;

    - use of financial resources according to established estimates;

    - full report of incoming cash, inventory and fixed assets;

    - timely submission of accounting reports, as well as a report on the implementation of the financing plan;

    - control over the correct and rational management of the organization of accounting, the introduction of new accounting methods based on the widespread use of computer technology.

    1. Public procurement:

    - coordination and implementation of procedures for the organization of public procurement of goods, works and services;

    - monitoring the performance of suppliers ' obligations under contracts concluded by the Department in the course of public procurement;

    - consideration of applications of structural divisions of the Department for material needs;

    - control over the targeted and effective use of material assets by structural divisions of the Management.
