Department of housing construction and engineering networks of the construction Management of Almaty region

Tasks:

1) making proposals on carrying out a complex of works on expansion, technical re-equipment, modernization, reconstruction, restoration and major repairs of buildings, buildings and structures, engineering and transport communications, as well as standard landscaping, territory improvement, termination of construction of unfinished objects, postutilization of objects;

2) coordination of investment development, design, research and survey work in accordance with the construction requirements;

3) ensuring the implementation of state programs and indicators of the regional development plan.

Functions:

1) participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of construction, construction of infrastructure, construction of Housing and social facilities;

2) preparation of proposals for the development and improvement of regulatory legal acts on construction issues in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3)implementation of targeted investment programs for the development of the construction complex of Almaty region, implementation of urban planning projects according to approved master plans;

4) implementation of services for organizing technical supervision of the customer in the construction process and author's supervision of the project developer at all stages of construction;

5) development of proposals for comprehensive programs for the development of the socio-economic development of the region;

6) organizational and methodological support of the work of construction bodies of districts and cities of regional significance.
