Development of the Tourist Infrastructure Division, Tourism Department of Almaty city

Main activity of the Tourism infrastructure development Division:

- coordination of planning and construction of tourist industry facilities in the city of Almaty;

- creation of tourist infrastructure for comfortable and safe stay of tourists in places of tourist interest;

- creating a tourist product that reflects the traditions and customs of the people;

- identify a place of tourist interest to create a safe environment;

- development of infrastructure of tourist trails based on the principles of comfort and safety for hikers;

- creation of specialized Parking areas for tourist buses;

- participation in the development of the mountain cluster of Almaty and the Almaty agglomeration;

- provision of tourist information, including about the tourist potential, tourism facilities and persons engaged in tourist activities;

- monitoring the implementation of the main directions of the state policy on tourism development and timely implementation of regulatory legal acts, instructions, applications and appeals of tourist organizations and citizens;

- interaction with the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of tourist infrastructure;

- interaction with organizations, institutions, enterprises, private and other companies engaged in tourism;

- providing methodological and Advisory assistance to subjects of tourist activity in matters related to the organization of tourist activities;

- motivating business entities to move from traditional sectors of the economy to a driver of economic growth - the tourism industry;

- development and support of entrepreneurship in the field of tourism activities;

- assistance in the activities of children's and youth camps, tourist associations and the development of Amateur tourism;

- assistance in creating new bus routes to tourist sites.
