Department of Planning and Public Services of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Mangystau region

Implements entrepreneurship development programs;

Organizes the development of programs, plans and forecasts of economic and social development of the region for the future, the implementation of state and regional programs, Decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akim of the region in the part related to the management;;
Control over the execution of documents of higher authorities, instructions of the akim of the region, his deputies and the head of the akim's office on supervised issues;
Providing methodological and advisory assistance to business entities in obtaining financial and non-financial support. Consideration of applications and appeals of citizens on issues related to the competence of the department;

Ensures interaction with central state bodies, development institutions, regional and territorial organizations, akimats of cities and districts of the region on the development of entrepreneurship;
Carries out work on the preparation of an analysis of the existing state of small and medium-sized businesses and proposals on supervised issues;
Supervises the work on the provision of public services within the framework of the State Business Support and Development Program "Business Roadmap 2025", in accordance with the subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services.
Supervision of timely and high-quality performance of functional duties assigned to the department;
Defines strategies for the development of relations between local executive bodies with associations of private entrepreneurs, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and market infrastructure facilities;
Performs monthly monitoring of the main indicators of the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the region;
Monitors the implementation in the region of all available regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of SMEs;
Prepares informational, analytical and presentation materials, as well as texts of speeches, reports for meetings and other events with the participation of the akim of the region, within the competence of the business development department;
Organizes the work of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship under the Akim of the Mangystau region:
- prepares and provides drafts of regulatory legal acts to accredited associations of private business entities, as well as non-profit organizations;
- prepares materials on projects for the meeting of the Expert Council;
- ensures the preparation and signing of the protocol following the meeting of the Expert Council;
Carries out work on accreditation of associations of private business entities;
Timely and high-quality execution of letters received from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the highest state bodies, the regional and city akimat on controlled issues and filling out control letter cards;
Carries out work on the organization of exhibitions, fairs and forums aimed at promoting the achievements and development of small and medium-sized businesses;
Implementation of appropriate measures for digitalization of Management;
Performing other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
