The state institution "Languages Development Department of Almaty region" was established by the decree of the regional akim No. 187 dated December 23, 2004. Registered as a legal entity in the justice authorities of Taldykorgan city of the Department of justice of Almaty region on January 13, 2005. The Department operates on the basis of the Regulations approved by the Decree of Almaty region's akimat dated June 29, 2015 No. 339.
