Department of Public Procurement Procedures of Works

the main mission of the department is the organization and conduct of public procurement of works in accordance with the current legislation according to the budget program of the akimat of the region, in addition, the submission by the customer to a single organizer of public procurement of a task for the organization and conduct of public procurement, containing documents established by the rules of public procurement; development and approval by the unified organizer of public procurement of the draft tender documentation (auction documentation) on the basis of the task submitted by the customer containing the documents established by the rules of public procurement; determination and approval by the unified organizer of public procurement of the composition of the tender commission (auction commission); placement by the unified organizer of public procurement on the web portal of public procurement of the announcement of public procurement; sending requests and comments to the customer by a single organizer of public procurement from persons automatically registered on the public procurement web portal who have received tender documentation (auction documentation) for the draft public procurement contract and (or) technical specifications of tender documentation (auction documentation); determining the winner of public procurement by means of a tender (auction).
