Department of development of local content and production of construction materials

The Department of development of local content and production of construction materials is a structural division of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development of the akimat of Kostanay region".

Task:

work to increase the share of local content;

Functions:

1) coordination, development and implementation of documents to increase the share of local content;

2) monitoring and analysis in the field of work to increase local content;

3) organization of work on interaction with state bodies and enterprises in the development of local content;

4) coordination, within the competence of the Department, of the activities of Executive bodies, public associations and other state and non-state structures to increase the local content of the region;

5) organize coverage of issues related to increasing local content in mass media and Internet resources;

6) organizing and conducting forums, exhibitions, presentations, meetings and seminars, "round tables" on issues of local content, as well as making proposals for their conduct in the field of;…

7) monitoring of local content in the procurement of goods, works and services of large (system-forming) enterprises and subsoil users;

8) preparation of documents, information, reports in response to incoming requests, as well as consideration in the prescribed manner of letters, complaints, proposals and appeals of individuals and legal entities related to the development of local content;

Task:

interaction with the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other Central Executive bodies, city and district Executive bodies, regional offices, on issues within the competence of the Department;

Function:

1) interaction with state bodies and enterprises on the work of an Advisory body to facilitate the activities of institutions that execute criminal penalties and other measures of criminal legal influence;

2) consideration of letters, complaints, proposals and appeals of individuals and legal entities in accordance with the established procedure;

3) participation in organizing and conducting forums, seminars, presentations, conferences, competitions, exhibitions;

4) preparation of materials, reports, and information;

5) organization of work on the development of the construction industry, production of construction materials and monitoring in the field of construction materials production;

6) preparation of information for working trips of the regional akim in the region and on the execution of his instructions given during working trips.
