Department of terrorism prevention, mobilization training and works of civil and territorial defense
General information
- Organization of measures to prevent and eliminate emergency situations and their consequences;
In case of emergency situations, participation in rescue and evacuation operations, in carrying out emergency and emergency work in peacetime and wartime;
Coordination of the organization of formation, training and maintenance of civil protection forces in constant readiness;
Coordination of providing early warning to the population, civil protection authorities in the presence of a forecast of the threat of an emergency and (or) the sudden occurrence of an emergency;
Coordinating the work of the Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations under the akimat of karmakshi district;
Ensuring the implementation of mobilization training and mobilization activities by the relevant administrative-territorial units;
Assistance to the work of local military authorities in peacetime and when declaring mobilization in conducting military-economic and command-staff exercises on the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial units;
Assistance in the mobilization, timely notification and delivery to Assembly points or military departments of citizens subject to conscription on the territory of the relevant administrative-territorial units during the period of martial law and in wartime, provision of equipment to special state bodies;
Coordination of emergency and rescue operations;
Together with the district emergency Department coordinates the placement of the population in accordance with the plan for the reception and placement of the dispersed and evacuated population;
Ensures the implementation of mobilization training and mobilization activities on the territory of the district;
Assistance to the work of the local military administration in peacetime and during the Declaration of mobilization, assistance in conducting military-economic and command-staff exercises on the territory of the district;
Participation in providing comprehensive measures for the transfer of state bodies and organizations on the territory of the district to mobilization, martial law and wartime;
Preparation of a mobilization plan for karmakshi district, Kyzylorda region, the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as plans for the production of goods, services and performance of works for the corresponding period;
Concludes contracts with state organizations and legal entities (having mobilization orders and tasks) for the production of goods, services and performance of works in the interests of mobilization preparation of the area during the transition to mobilization, during the period of martial law and in wartime;
Coordination of activities of regional institutions for the prevention of terrorism;
Conducting monitoring of terrorist threats and their manifestations;
Promoting awareness-raising activities against terrorism;
Collection of data on training of state bodies and legal entities to protect objects vulnerable to terrorism;
Coordination of the activities of the Commission on counter-terrorism under the akimat of karmakshi district;
Monitoring political, socio–economic, religious and other processes that affect the situation in the field of counter-terrorism;
Preparation of proposals for the development and approval of the list of objects vulnerable to terrorism, for making changes and additions;
In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of work on the prevention of terrorism, mobilization training, civil and territorial defense, it works to provide information and methodological assistance to local Executive bodies;
Implementation of other functions stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
