Department of Project Management of the State Institution "Department of Digitalization and Archives of Akmola region"

Department tasks:

1) introduction and updating in the project management information system of key national indicators, the achievement of which is provided for within the framework of the program and assigned to the program manager, heads of basic directions and heads of project groups included in the program, in the corresponding map of goals of national priority;

2) monitoring of the implementation of programs, including analysis of the achievement of key national indicators in the whole program, as well as in basic areas, groups of projects, projects;

3) coordination of interaction of branch departments of the akimat of the region, akimats of cities and districts of the region, other interested organizations in project management issues.
