Information technology implementation and development division

The Department of introduction and development of information technologies implements a unified state policy in the field of digitalization, automation of public services and automation of business processes within its competence in the territory of the Almaty region.

Tasks of the Department:
1) coordinating the implementation of digital technologies in the main sectors of the economy;
2) coordination of the implementation of "SmartCity" technologies»;
3) ensuring interaction with the authorized bodies in the field of Informatization, the operator of the information and communication infrastructure of "e-government", the service integrator of " e-government»

Department Functions:

coordination and control over the implementation of measures for the implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" in the Almaty region;

implementation of digitalization projects in the areas and projects stipulated by state programs in the field of digitalization;

ensuring compliance with the requirements for the development of the "e-government" architecture, implementation of the standard architecture of the "e-akimat" taking into account the activities of the local Executive body;

creation and development of state electronic information resources and information systems of state bodies;

to ensure registration of information systems of the public authority, including information about the objects of Informatization of the public authority placing electronic copies of the technical documentation of objects of Informatization of the state bodies and the actualization of information on objects of Informatization of the public authority on the architectural portal "electronic government", coordination in this direction the activities of local Executive bodies of Almaty region;

purchase of information and communication services from the operator of the information and communication infrastructure of "e-government" in accordance with the catalog of information and communication services;

ensuring the adoption of measures to optimize and automate the processes of providing public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body in the field of Informatization;

ensuring the implementation of state and industry programs in the Almaty region, the development program of the Almaty region in areas and areas within the competence of the state institution "digital technology Management of the Almaty region»;

organization of the tender or direct negotiations in relation to projects of state-private partnership;

conclusion of public-private partnership agreements on public-private partnership projects;

implementation of other powers assigned to local Executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the interests of local government.
