Department of entrepreneurship

The Department of entrepreneurship is a structural division of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development of Kostanay region akimat".

Task:

monitoring and analysis of the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the area of:

Functions:

1) monitoring of key performance indicators of small and medium-sized businesses;

2) implementation of indicators within the competence of the Department included in the Strategic map of key national indicators.

3) consideration of complaints and applications of individuals and legal entities on small and medium-sized businesses;

4) control over the timely submission of reports and various information to the relevant authorities.

5) interaction with international financial institutions.

Task:

1) implementation of state programs: Business roadmap 2020

2) development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek»;

3) implementation of regional programs: "KOs Koldau", "Atameken Kostanay".

Functions:

1) interaction with JSC "Damu entrepreneurship development Fund", second-level banks, micro-credit and microfinance organizations;

2) preparation and development of agreements, contracts, budget applications within the framework of existing programs;

3) acceptance, evaluation, preparation of materials on applications of entrepreneurs for participation in the State program and business development "business Roadmap 2020" in terms of grant funding and summing up the missing infrastructure.

4) conducting and organizing the work of the regional coordination Council for accelerated industrial and innovative development of Kostanay region

Task:

participation in the implementation of state policy and coordination of local Executive bodies on business issues:

Functions:

1) collection and analysis of proposals for regulatory legal acts in order to improve the business climate and reduce licensing procedures
and elimination of administrative barriers;

2) interaction with city and district Executive bodies, the regional statistics Department and the regional tax Department on business development indicators;

3) conducting and organizing the work of the expert Council on private entrepreneurship under the regional akimat;

4) interaction with the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other Central and local Executive bodies on business issues;

5) interaction with public organizations of entrepreneurs;

6) organization and holding of meetings, conferences, forums on private entrepreneurship;

Task:

1) execution of documents of higher authorities, akim of the region, his deputies;

Function:

1) preparation of information on the implementation of state programs to support entrepreneurship, the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
