Department of preparation and support of budget investment projects and legal support

Department:
represents, in accordance with the established procedure, the interests of a state body in court, as well as in other organizations when considering legal issues of the activities of a state body;
coordinates on an ongoing basis in the state body the monitoring of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
participates in the development of drafts of legal and regulatory legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other legal documents developed by a government agency, including through coordination in the case of their development by other structural units of the government agency.;
develops drafts of regulatory legal acts and prepares other legal documents on behalf of the first head of the state body.;
develops and implements measures to promote the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of universal legal education in the state body;
Prepares, in cases provided for by legislative acts, explanations on behalf of the State body on legal issues within the competence of the State body.;
ensures coordination of timely conclusion of contracts, their compliance with legal requirements, and the application of economic measures in case of non-fulfillment and improper fulfillment of contractual obligations.;
analyzes the status of claim work and judicial practice in disputes involving a government agency in order to identify the main causes and conditions that led to the relevant trial and makes proposals to eliminate them and bring to justice the guilty officials.;
If there are grounds provided for by law, it takes timely measures to appeal a judicial act adopted against a state body in all judicial instances, and also, in accordance with the procedure established by law, applies to the prosecutor's office with petitions for bringing protests under supervision.;
ensures the adoption of measures for the execution of judicial acts that have entered into legal force;
preparation and support of budget investment projects;
organizes and conducts public procurement in accordance with the public procurement plan.
