Formation and collection of employers' needs for foreign labor;
Preparation of materials and keeping minutes of the commission meetings on the formation of quotas for attracting foreign labor;
Submission to the relevant state body of a quota for the coming year, formed to attract foreign labor.
Consideration of documents submitted for obtaining a permit to attract foreign labor, extension of the permit period and renewal of the permit for compliance with legal requirements;
Preparation of materials for the meeting of the commission on the issuance of a permit to attract foreign labor, holding meetings of the commission, keeping minutes;
Development of draft management orders on the issuance/refusal of a permit based on the recommendation of the commission on the issuance of a permit to attract foreign labor;
Development of draft management orders on extension of the permit period, renewal of the permit, termination of the permit and revocation of the permit;
Formation and provision of a report on "internal control over the quality of public services";
Summary, formation and presentation of statistical reports on "foreign labor imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan" ;
Development and submission to the relevant state bodies of information on foreign labor force whose permit has expired;
Verification of the authenticity of documents confirming the fee paid by employers for obtaining a permit to attract foreign labor and extension of the permit period;
Development and provision of one-time information and information for republican and regional government bodies;
Monitoring the implementation of the quota for attracting foreign labor for the current year;
Monitoring the completion dates of issued permits for attracting foreign labor and determining whether their validity periods are subject to extension in the coming year.
Systematic and high-quality entry into the database of the information system "foreign labor force" of information about foreign citizens submitted for obtaining a permit to attract foreign labor, extending the permit period and reissuing the permit;
Publication of notification letters on the issuance/refusal of a permit based on the recommendation of the commission on the issuance of a permit to attract foreign labor;
Issuance of permit forms with the entry into the information system of documents confirming the fee paid by employers for obtaining a permit to attract foreign labor and the extension of the permit period.
