Organization of implementation in accordance with this standard and the regulations for the provision of public services "Assignment or extension of the status of an oralman", verification by the relevant state body of acceptance certificates, reconciliation certificates on a monthly basis;

Work with the automated information system "Oralman": verification, destruction or translation of letters and statements from individuals and relevant government agencies in the AIS database "Oralman", Issuance of duplicates;

To ensure high-quality preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly statistical reports, data and information to higher and relevant state bodies in due time;

Control over the monitoring of the migration of oralmans, ensuring the submission of quarterly reports on the number of oralmans who arrived from abroad to higher and relevant state bodies.

Close cooperation with the settler regions in order to implement the voluntary resettlement program: preparation of information on vacancies, assistance in retraining for the necessary specialties, resettlement;

Performance of the assigned work on the consideration of applications and documents of oralmans and migrants: preparation and sending to certain regions of summaries, necessary documents of citizens who have expressed a desire to relocate;

Development and submission to the relevant authorities of general information, reporting on migrants;

Monitoring of migrants to other regions, exchange of information with displaced regions: holding meetings, job fairs, organization of events to inform the population through the mass media;

Preparation of information and information sent to state institutions, higher authorities, execution of letters and appeals of individuals and legal entities;

Ensuring the assignment or extension of the oralman status in accordance with this standard and the regulations for the provision of public services;

Consideration of applications and documents for the assignment or extension of the status of oralman in accordance with current legislation;

Timely consideration of appeals in accordance with the procedure established by law;

Acceptance of applications, Registration of ethnic Kazakhs who have lost the right to transfer to citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a simplified manner, extension of the status of oralmans;
