Division for working with legal entities of the Department of Finance of the Mangystau region

Division for working with legal entities of the Department of Finance of the Mangystau region is a structural division of the state institution "Department of Finance of the Mangystau region". In its activity the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code of Ethics of civil servants of Republic Kazakhstan (Rule of office ethics of state servants), the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption" and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulation about the state institution "Department of Finance of Mangistau region", the Orders and this Regulation. The structure and staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
