The main tasks of the state institution "Department of coordination of employment and social programs of the Karaganda region" are: implementation of the state policy in the field of employment, migration and implementation of the basic directions of the state policy in the sphere of social protection of disabled, veterans, low-income individuals who are in difficult life situation.
