Department for Mobilization Training, Prevention and Prevention of Terrorism, Civil and Territorial Defense, Emergency Situations and Protection of State Secrets

Participates in Board meetings at akim district, in the regional meetings held by the district akim, his deputies, heads of district departments, divisions;

Carry out organizational and informational communication of the district akim with local representative and Executive authorities;

Provides methodological and practical assistance to the offices of akims of all levels, district offices, departments in matters of ATC MP emergency situations And MAINTENANCE;

Organizes and conducts emergency rescue and other urgent work to prevent and eliminate emergencies;

Conducts measures to ensure the steady functioning of organizations in peacetime and wartime;

Organizes training of heads of organizations and the population in the way of protection in the use of modern means of destruction and actions in emergency situations;

Provides training and support in the readiness of management bodies, forces and means of civil protection, evacuation measures, constant readiness for immediate use of public alert and communication systems;

Organizes the preparation and submission of reports to the office of the Governor of the region and the Department of emergency-reconciliation through the ATK MP emergency G and TO;

Control over the implementation of engineering and technical measures of civil defense in the preparation of schemes and projects of district planning and development of territories, settlements, industrial zones, in projects of construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of organizations;

Plans and conducts measures to prevent terrorism, minimize and (or) eliminate the consequences of manifestations of terrorism, taking into account the current situation in the area;

Develops draft plans and programs for antiterrorist activities;

Requests and receives, in accordance with the established procedure, the necessary materials and information from officials of state bodies and organizations on the prevention of terrorism, minimization and (or) elimination of its consequences.
