Department for Control over the Consideration of Appeals of NKR

The competence of the Department includes the organization of personal reception and consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities; analysis of incoming requests, identification of systemic problems and development of recommendations for their solution; control over the timely and complete implementation of instructions given in the framework of consideration of applications.
