Department of control in the field of social protection of the population
General information
Task: state control over the observance of the legislation in the field of social protection of the disabled, special social services within the limits of their powers and within the framework of the current legislation, the implementation of the functions of the President, the functions of these functions, provisions.
Functions:
1) Establishes state control over compliance with the legislation in the field of social protection of persons with disabilities and in the provision of special social services within the limits of their authority.
2) Implementation of control over the quality, full and timely receipt of special social services for the disabled in medical and social institutions and other organizations providing social services;
3) Implementation of control in the field of social protection of persons with disabilities in relation to subjects / organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, providing access for persons with disabilities to objects of social and transport infrastructure, to cultural and intellectual organizations.
4) Establishment in the established order of contacts with other state bodies and organizations, request and receive from them the information necessary for the activity and materials;
Conduct a personal reception of a citizen, qualitative and timely consideration of complaints, appeals, inquiries related to the competence of the department and within the established legislation;
Preparation of the order of the Ministry within the limits of its competence of proposals on improvement of normative-legal base.
7) Submission of reports on the results of checks to the Committee on Labor, and Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, territorial bodies of UKPSiSUGPRK.
8) These tasks and functions assigned to the legislation and management of the Ministry, the Committee and the Department.
