Department for interaction with non-governmental organizations of the Department of internal policy of Kostanay region

The main tasks of the Department are:

Monitoring and organizing the implementation of acts and orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions, orders and commissions of akim of the region, within the jurisdiction of the Department.

Organization of work on the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on public associations", "on non-profit organizations","on state social order".

Implementation of the activities of the Council for interaction with NGOs under the Governor's office of Kostanay region. Monitoring the activities of regional councils for interaction with NGOs.

Implementation of work planning aimed at developing and strengthening interaction between state bodies and NGOs.

Monitoring and control of the implementation of decisions of the Republican regional Civil forums, the regional Council for interaction with NGOs.

Preparation of information and analytical materials for higher authorities, regional akim, departments of internal policy of cities and districts on the development of civil society in the region.

Organization of work on improving the dialogue process with non-governmental organizations, forming feedback, and interacting with representatives of international NGOs on issues related to the competence of Management.

Organization of work on the formation of the subject of the state social order and conducting competitive procedures in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Organization of monitoring the implementation of projects within the framework of the state social order, including the preparation and holding of regional and rural civil NGO Forums, idea and project fairs.

Organization of information support for the state policy on the development of civil society and the activities of NGOs in the region.

Interaction with NGOs, ministries, regional departments and offices, the expert community, departments of internal policy of cities and districts on improving the mechanisms of interaction between the state and NGOs.

Participation in the preparation and conduct of sociological research on the interaction of the state and civil society.

Ensuring the observance and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities, consideration of citizens ' appeals in accordance with the procedure and terms established by law, and taking necessary measures on them.

Implementation of public procurement of services for the implementation of projects of the Department, participation in competitive commissions and other permanent commissions of the Department.
