Ensuring compliance with the law in the activities of the Department of Health.

Conducting legal review of draft orders, instructions, regulations, and other legal documents prepared by the Department of Health.

Providing methodological guidance on legal matters within the Department of Health and explaining applicable legislation and its implementation procedures to employees of the Department and subordinate organizations.

Representing the interests of the Department of Health in courts, as well as in governmental and public organizations when legal matters are under consideration.

Ensuring that the Department of Health is staffed with personnel possessing the required qualifications, skills, and experience.

Organizing and coordinating training and professional development activities for healthcare personnel.

Coordinating the provision of healthcare professionals for the region.

Organizing staffing support for heads of state healthcare organizations in coordination with the authorized body and the supervisory board of healthcare organizations (where applicable).
