Department in its activity follows the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of akimat, decisions of the city maslikhat, decisions and orders of akim, orders and regulation of the Department, instructions of higher authorities performed together with the Department of management.
