The Department of planning of public utilities and transport, agriculture and entrepreneurship together with other departments of the Department monitor the implementation of measures in the field of development of State and Government programs, the sphere of public utilities, transport, agriculture, entrepreneurship, land relations, architecture and urban planning, housing and district akimats, the implementation of the action plan for border territories, and prepare the necessary materials based on the results, improve the set indicators and make suggestions for ensuring accessibility.
