Akim apparatus of Bostandyk region

The department of organizational work is a structural subdivision of the akim's apparatus of Bostandyk district of Almaty city, providing organizational activities of the akim's apparatus of the district.
In its practical activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the current Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions, orders of the district akim, the Regulations on the apparatus of the district akim and this Regulation.
In its activities, the department interacts with other departments of the district akim apparatus, structural divisions, district services.
The department works in accordance with the work plan.
The department works under the direct supervision of the chief of staff of the district akim.
The department, in the manner prescribed by law, within its competence, carries out the following functions:

develops, together with other departments, perspective and current work plans of the district akim's apparatus and monitors their implementation;
organizes and conducts meetings of the district akim and his deputies with the population;
ensures the implementation of decisions and orders of the district akim in matters of personnel policy;
