Department of Organizational and Legal Support of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Kostanay Region

The Department of Organizational and Legal Support is a structural subdivision of the state institution “Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akimat of Kostanay Region”.

Task:

implementation of organizational work of the Directorate;

Functions:

1) Organizing documentation and document management;

2) Registering and accounting for official correspondence;

3) Monitoring the use of the state language;

4) Organizing work with appeals from individuals and legal entities;

5) Registering and accounting for appeals from individuals and legal entities;

6) Monitoring the implementation of acts of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts and instructions of the regional akim and akimat, and higher authorities, and ensuring the timely removal of documents from control. Preparing an analysis of data on deviations in the execution timelines for control documents;

7) Organizing work aimed at ensuring information security and technical maintenance of office equipment.

Task:

implementation of legal support for the activities of the Directorate;

Functions:

1) representing the interests of the Directorate in court in accordance with established procedures;

2) participating in the drafting of regulatory legal acts and regulations developed by the Directorate;

3) monitoring regulatory legal acts developed by the Directorate.
