Department of organizational and control work

Task:

1. implementation of internal control over the execution of orders of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the head of a state body or other higher official;
2. organizational support of the activities of the akim and akimat of the city within the competence of the department;
3. implementation of measures for organizational support of preparation and holding of referendums, elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament and Maslikhat of the Republic of Kazakhstan, monitoring their implementation;
4. work on the formation of lists of candidates for jurors, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On jurors".

Functions:

1. development of measures to control the execution of orders of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the head of a state body or other higher official;
2. requesting the necessary information from structural units, subordinate state institutions and officials to monitor the execution of orders of the head of a state body or other higher-ranking official;
3. preparation of reminders for structural divisions, subordinate state institutions and officials on the deadlines for submitting information to higher authorities and monitoring the timeliness of their execution;
4. monitoring and analysis of control over the execution of orders of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the head of a state body or other higher official;
5. development of long-term and current work plans of the akim's office and akimat of the city;
6. organization of events for the preparation and holding of meetings of city assets, meetings of the akimat of the city, meetings with the akim of the city and the chief of staff;
7. preparation and organization of work on holding reporting meetings of the mayor of the city with the population, generalization of suggestions and comments made by citizens, as well as the development of appropriate measures and monitoring of their implementation;
8. preparation of draft resolutions of the akimat, decisions and orders of the mayor of the city, orders of the chief of staff, information materials on issues under the jurisdiction of the department;
9. conducting work on the formation of an electronic database of voters;
10. compilation of voter lists in the context of polling stations, their clarification and amendments;
11. ensuring the relevance of the regulatory legal act of the Akimat of Kostanay on the boundaries of polling stations;
12. ensuring the transfer of election materials for publication in the mass media;
13. implementation of measures to compile primary lists of candidates for jurors;
14. other functions, taking into account the specifics of the department's activities.
