Organization and control over the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akimat of the region and city, orders and instructions of the head of the apparatus.
Organization and control over compliance with the regulations of the akimat and the akim’s apparatus.
Implementation of organizational and information communication between the city akim’s office and local bodies of representative and executive power.
Planning and coordination of the activities of city executive bodies on the issue of preparation for meetings of the regional and city akimats. Organization of operational meetings.
Monitoring the progress of preparation and holding of events with the participation of the city akim. Monitoring the implementation of work plans of departments of the apparatus and akimat.
