The department of organizations of cultural events and personnel service of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Atyrau region carries out the following activities: coordination of the work of regional, city, district institutions of culture and art on personnel issues; organization of cultural events at the regional level; organization of tours of creative teams of cultural institutions; organization of regional competitions, festivals; preparation of applications of participants for republican, regional, international competitions; coordination of the repertoire policy of professional creative teams; preparation of draft orders for the Office; organization of work on the reception of citizens by the management of the Office; coordination of certification of civil servants, employees of cultural and art institutions
