Major objectives:
- Ensuring the implementation of the state policy in the field of special education and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of children with social and legal guarantees, as well as social protection, rehabilitation and adaptation of children.
- Implementing the state policy for creating conditions for the maintenance and upbringing of children in boarding schools of the region and protection of children’s rights, interaction with local executive authorities on the protection of children’s rights.
