Department of analysis and monitoring of the Department of internal policy of Kostanay region

The main tasks of the Department are:

Monitoring and organizing the implementation of acts and orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions, orders and commissions of akim of the region, within the jurisdiction of the Department.

Organization of work on the implementation of budget programs of the Administration and the development Program of the territory of Kostanay region and preparation of operational reports on the results of their implementation.

Organization of work on the development and implementation of concepts and programs on Management competence.

Organization of work on planning Management activities, monitoring the implementation of Management plans, preparing and conducting hardware management meetings, monitoring the implementation of Protocol decisions.

Organization of work on political planning of public holidays in the region, the formation of a regional event series of socio-political events.

Preparation and holding of regional events dedicated to major socio-political events.

Organization of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring of the socio-political situation and hotbeds of social tension in the region.

Preparation of information and analytical materials on internal policy issues for higher authorities, regional akims, departments of internal policy of cities and districts of the region that are within the competence of the Department.

Interaction with ministries, departments and departments, departments of internal policy of cities and districts, leaders of public opinion of the region, Republican and regional centers of sociological research, departments of sociology and social Sciences of higher educational institutions of the region on improving the system and methodology for monitoring the socio-political situation.

Development of the subject of applied sociological research on socio-political issues, taking into account the regional aspect, and monitoring and analysis of the state and changes in public opinion based on the organization of sociological research aimed at further forecasting the socio-political situation in the region.
