Coordinates the work on the provision of public services, analyzes and provides practical assistance to state bodies and local executive bodies in the work on the provision of Public Services, monitors the provision of public services. It regulates the provision of public services,monitors the implementation and implementation of current regulatory legal acts of state bodies, conducts internal state control (control measures) on the quality of public services provided by local executive bodies, subordinate organizations, as well as individuals and legal entities, the Coordination of activities of which is carried out by the local executive body. Prepares a report on the work of the local executive body on internal control over the quality of public services rendered. Considers appeals and complaints about the provision of public services and develops a draft response in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on public services".
