Department of Medical and Social Expertise No. 3 provides public services - "Establishing disability and / or the degree of disability and / or determining the necessary social protection measures", forms and adjusts individual rehabilitation programs, determines the types of social and vocational rehabilitation, terms of implementation, monitoring implementation of an individual rehabilitation program. Provides advice to the chairman of the VKK and doctors of medical organizations on the issues of medical and social expertise and social rehabilitation of disabled people.
