Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development and Sports of Karasai district

The state institution "Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Development of Languages and Sports of Karasai district" (hereinafter – the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the areas of implementation of state policy in the field of formation, development of economic policy, state and budget planning, budget execution and management of communal property of the district.

Responsibilities:
1) Conducting sociological research aimed at forecasting the socio-political situation in the district;
2) Analysis, generalization and comprehensive study of the socio-political situation in the district;
3) Implementation of the information policy of the state in the district, coordination of the work of the media on the implementation of the state order;
4) Coordination of the work of non–governmental organizations, their involvement in solving socially significant issues;
5) Strengthening of interethnic relations and interethnic unity, promotion of national patriotism;
6) Development of conceptual foundations and proposals based on the formation of long-term priority directions of Kazakhstan and the development of civil society;
7) Establishment of contacts and monitoring of work with public organizations, political parties, religious associations, trade unions, mass media, representatives of the public;
8) Organization of scientific and practical conferences, seminars, trainings, round tables on cooperation with political parties, socio-political movements, religious associations;
9) Organization of events aimed at the revival, preservation, development and dissemination of the culture of the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
10) Organization of patriotic and aesthetic education of citizens through familiarization with the values of national and world culture;
11) Providing support for gifted individuals;
12) Creating conditions for the study and development of languages;
13) Ensuring the life and health of persons engaged in physical culture and sports, as well as participants and spectators of physical culture and recreation and sports events and ensuring the protection of public order in places where mass sports events are held;
14) Development of national, technical and applied sports;
15) Support and stimulation of physical culture and sports;
