    1. The State institution "Department of culture, language development, physical culture and sports of Zhylyoy district" was reorganized on the basis of the resolution of the Akimat of Zhylyoy district №258 dated September 25, 2020 "On the reorganization of certain state organizations".
    2. the Department of culture, language development, physical culture and sports of the Zhylyoy district" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of culture, language development and promotion of the state language policy, physical culture and sports in the Zhylyoy district.
    3. the full name of the state body is the state institution "Department of culture, language development, physical culture and sports of Zhylyoy district".
    4. Location of the legal entity: 20 "a" Makhambet avenue, Atyrau region, Zhylyoysky district, Kulsary city, 060100, Republic of Kazakhstan.

    Department functions:

    1) manages the work of cultural centers, libraries and sports schools of the district, coordinates the activities of various organizations of the district for the development of physical culture and sports;

    2) create state cultural organizations of the district in the field of theater, music and cinema, library, cultural and leisure work, as well as support and coordinate their activities;

    3) organize work on the registration, protection and use of historical, material and spiritual monuments of local significance;

    4) Conducts international, Republican, regional inter-district and district events, sports competitions and tournaments, organizes the allocation of funds for them;

    5) conducts certification of state cultural organizations of the district;

    6) conducts district-level activities aimed at the development of the state and other languages;

    7) organizes anti-corruption activities (publish articles, conduct seminars, round tables, etc.).

    8) assigns property to the municipal state institution;

    9) approves the financing plan of the municipal state institution;

    10) exercise control over the safety of the property of the state institution;
