Organizes work on interregional and territorial exchange of experience of cultural institutions of the region. Organizes work on providing cultural institutions with valuable exhibits, literature and necessary equipment.

Organizes and monitors the state service provided in the field of culture: “Issuing a certificate for the temporary export of cultural exhibits”, “Issuing consent for scientific and restoration work on historical and cultural monuments of local importance”.
