Department about the work of medical and social institutions

1. General Provisions

1.the Department for work with medical and social institutions (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural division of the Department for coordination of employment and social programs of the Kyzylorda region (hereinafter referred to as the Department).
2.The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution, laws, acts of the president and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts, as well as this regulation.
3.the structure and staffing of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. goals, rights and obligations

4.Purpose: implementation of the state policy in the field of providing special social services in medical and social institutions subordinate to the Department.
5. rights and obligations:
1) representation of the Department's interests in state and non-state organizations on issues falling within the competence of the Department;
2) transfer from state bodies, organizations, and their officials in accordance with the established procedure
