Department of Coordination of Medical Work, Public Health and Drug Provision
Functions of the Department
1. follow the instructions and instructions of the management of the health Department;
2. ensure control over the timely implementation of orders and regulations;
3. ensure timely consideration of letters, complaints and applications of citizens, as well as monitor the execution of documents received by the department, systematically analyze the state of work with them;
4. take direct part in the preparation of materials of the board, draft orders of the department;
5. organize and control the timely submission of orders from medical organizations of the region-applications for medicines included in the state order, information on the need for exciseless ethyl alcohol, medicines containing narcotic substances, psychotropic drugs and precursors, vaccines and other medical immunobiological preparations;
6. organize and control the timely submission of reports on the use of exciseless ethyl alcohol, medicines containing narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and precursors, as well as medicines and vaccines and other medical immunobiological preparations purchased at the expense of local and national budgets;
7. to ensure the organization and conduct of public procurement of pharmaceutical services, medicines, medical devices, vaccines and other medical immunobiological preparations at the expense of the local budget (except for those purchased from the state);
8. participate in the organization of state control over the timely distribution, targeted and rational use of vaccines and other MIBP, medicines purchased from the state budget and humanitarian aid funds, as well as storage conditions, compliance with quality;
9. participate in the updating and analysis of proposals for the nomenclature and names of medicines of the state material reserve;
10 to organize and carry out verification of the fulfillment by medical organizations of their obligations to provide and distribute medicines from the state budget, as well as humanitarian aid funds;
11. ensure control of accounting of all incoming medicines, vaccines and other iibs;
12. ensure monitoring of compliance with the "cold chain" system and the shelf life of insulins, anti-hemophilic factors, vaccines and other iibs and means of delivery;
13. participate in monitoring, redistribution, and write-off of medicines;
14. participate in international, national, regional, city scientific and practical meetings, conferences on industry issues;
15. interact with the media on industry-specific issues;
16. conduct the reception of citizens on issues within the competence of the department;
17. participate in the work of republican, regional and city medical and pharmaceutical societies and associations;
