Division of coordination and monitoring of budget execution of the Department of Finance of Mangystau region

Division of coordination and monitoring of budget execution is a structural division of the state institution "Department of Finance of the Mangistau region". In its activity the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Code of Ethics of civil servants of Republic Kazakhstan (Rule of office ethics of state servants), the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption" and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulation on state institution "Management of Finance in Mangystau region», Management orders, as well as this Regulation. The structure and staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
