About the department
The main tasks of the Department are documentary support of the activities of the regional akim and the Office of the Akim of the region, ensures compliance with the Procedure for the preparation, execution of draft decisions and orders of the regional akim, resolutions of the regional akimat. It monitors and controls the implementation of acts and orders of the President, the Administration of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the akimat, orders and instructions of the regional akim, data at work, conference calls and other meetings, during business trips.
