Department of Safety and Labor Protection Control of the State Institution "Labor Inspection Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region"

The main tasks of the department:

Ensuring state control at enterprises and organizations of the region over compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Ensuring the observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of employees, including the right to safe working conditions;
Consideration of appeals, applications and complaints of employees and employers on issues of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
