Department of Housing and Communal Services of Water Supply

Department functions:

1) jointly with the district and city departments of housing and communal services , KazCenter of Housing and Communal Services JSC, providing methodological assistance to the management bodies of condominium facilities in the housing sector, studying the work done , spreading positive results in this direction and holding seminars with the population;

2) organizes the separate collection, processing and disposal of municipal waste;

3) monitoring of municipal waste management within the boundaries of the settlements of the region;

4) monitors the elimination of spontaneous and unauthorized landfills;

5) organizing the development of waste management programs and ensuring their implementation;

6) coordination and control of the activities of waste disposal facilities that organize the sorting, storage, removal, burial and processing of solid household waste;

7) analysis and improvement of the management system for the disposal, disposal and processing of secondary solid household waste at facilities;

8) organization of support for the construction of waste disposal and disposal facilities;

9) development and submission for approval of the "Rules for calculating the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste";

10) development and submission for approval of regulations and rules in the field of solid household waste management;

11) promotion and implementation of separate collection of solid household waste in the settlements of the region;

12) preparation and implementation of resolutions of the akim of the region on the progress of spring and autumn works on sanitary cleaning, landscaping and landscaping of settlements in the region, approval of the schedule of events, announcement and holding of a regional sanitary day;

13) develops and submits for approval to the Maslikhat rules for the maintenance and protection of green spaces.
