Department of theater and philharmonic society department of culture, archives and documentation of Kyzylorda region

- coordinates the work of the theater, Philharmonic society and other art groups;

- liaises with the Ministry of Culture and sports on the theater's repertoire policy;

- supervises the repertoire and touring work of cultural and art institutions, tours of art collectives and individual performers who come to the region;

- in order to train personnel for the regional theater and Philharmonic society, it maintains contact with secondary special and higher educational institutions of art;

- prepares an analysis of the work of the theater, Philharmonic society and other artistic collectives, provides methodological assistance, organizes seminars and meetings;

- conducts work related to the ordering of the theater's repertoire policy, the implementation of new productions;

- coordinates the work on major and current repairs of the theater and Philharmonic buildings.
