About management
- Organization of work on registration of real estate in the judicial authorities and recognition of its ownerless;
- Provision of legal and legal assistance and compliance with the law in the application of existing regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- carrying out work on requests received by the Department from legal entities and individuals, preparing reports and submitting them to the relevant authorities;
- Participation in the work on the issue of municipal property and control over the legality of issued normative legal acts;
- Participation in the work on the issue of public procurement Management and control over their legality;
- Preparation and submission of statements of claim to the courts on issues of municipal property and public procurement, protection of Management interests;
- Conducting the personnel work of the Department, preparing orders on all issues of the Department's activities, personnel reports and submitting them to the relevant bodies;
- Control over the timely execution of incoming correspondence.
