Functional responsibilities: General management of the department. Conducting legal expertise of draft legal acts of the akim (decisions, orders) and the akimat of the region (resolutions). Legal support in the publication of decisions and orders of akim, decisions of the regional akimat, when signed by akim and the head of akim of agreements and treaties. Holding claims work of akim, akim and akimat of the region. Ensuring interaction with justice bodies, law enforcement and judicial bodies, akimats of districts, cities of regional significance, state bodies on legal issues. Preparation of conclusions and other documents on behalf of the regional akim, his deputies, the head of the regional akim's office. Interaction with law enforcement agencies for the prevention of offenses and the fight against crime, terrorism and anti-corruption.
