Department of budget, financial reporting and public procurement of the department of culture, archives and documentation of the Kyzylorda region

- organizes financial and economic work in accordance with the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other laws and regulations related to financial activities;

- performs planning and formation of budgets of management and related institutions and enterprises, planning of budget programs and their implementation, prepares monitoring on economic and financial issues;

- in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on public procurement" organizes, controls the conduct of work and reporting on public procurement of works, goods and services in the management and related institutions and enterprises;

- controls the quality and timely submission of annual financial and economic plans and reports to the authorized body;

- prepares projects of a strategic, indicative, investment plan;

- summarizes the expected performance indicators of regional, district (city) budgets in the sphere.
