Project Management Department

Organization of execution of Presidential decrees, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the Akimat of the region, decisions and orders of the akim of the region and other regulatory legal acts, orders of the head of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the region;

Determination of the list of project groups focused on the relevant standard main directions of the regional development program, and implementation of the regional development program within the framework of project management in accordance with the unified unified project architecture;

Ensuring interaction with national project offices of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other organizations;

Structures the documents of the state planning system according to the relevant industry basic directions and controls the timely input and implementation of data into the project management information system;

Programs of strategies and concepts at the regional level on issues related to the competence of the project office, development and implementation of projects, participation in initiative;

Organization of meetings of the management committee working group on project management issues;

Coordinates the work of the project office, provides methodological support, communication and operational interaction between the executors of project tasks within the framework of project management;

Coordination, advisory, methodological, informational, analytical and organizational support for project personnel and projects, as well as projects requiring operational implementation and operational concentration of resources, including the organization of joint work of the Project Office with the implementation groups of the main directions, project team leaders, managers and project participants on a daily basis, SCRUM schedule in a flexible format.;

Management and control over the development of project documents in accordance with the management plan of the program and the schedule of their implementation;

Monitoring of project tasks is carried out directly in the project management information system using interactive online dashboards and corresponding indicators;

Coordinates the activities of administrators of budget programs within the competence of the project management on the issues of the project office of the project team staff, the offices of akims of districts and the city of Kyzylorda, develops a schedule and organizes meetings of weekly SCRUM meetings of the implementation group of the basic direction of the program with the heads of project groups;

Coordinates the work on the implementation of project management in government agencies, generates reports and monitors the project management information system to achieve the targets of priority areas of socio-economic development of the region, achieve key performance indicators and the implementation of planned activities on project initiatives;

Ensuring compliance with the rules for the use of Internet services, e-mail and the use of mobile devices on media in accordance with information security requirements;

Development of regulatory legal acts on supervised branches of the Department in accordance with issues within the competence of the Department;

Participation on behalf of the akim of the region in the development of programs in areas within the competence of the department;

Preparation of relevant proposals on draft laws, resolutions from the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Preparation of information on the execution of minutes of meetings of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the Akimat of the region and protocols;

Preparing information for conference calls;

Consideration of letters and appeals of institutions and citizens in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 No. 221 "On the procedure for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities" ;

Strict compliance with the requirements stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service".
