Department of Financial and credit support of Entrepreneurship of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Mangystau region

- Implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of entrepreneurship support ;

- Coordination of work on issues of interaction with organizations engaged in activities in the field of enterprise support.

- Implementation and execution of the state and regional program in the Mangystau region in the field of entrepreneurship;

- Providing urgent information on key indicators of economic development of the region in the field of entrepreneurship;

- Providing methodological and advisory assistance to business entities in obtaining financial and non-financial support;

- Preparation, approval and submission of a list of entrepreneurs to create a complete package of documents submitted by entrepreneurs, preparation of economic conclusions, industry expertise;

- Interaction with second-tier banks and other financial organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as financial institutions on lending to entrepreneurial projects. Implementation of financial support measures for private business entities;

- Implementation of the function of the working body for the consideration of projects of the State Program for Business Support and Development "Business Roadmap 2020", the regional program for the support of small and medium-sized businesses "Nur KapItal";

- Preparation and approval of contracts, financing plans, budget programs and applications for the implementation of measures of the state and regional entrepreneurship support program;

- Implementation of work on the provision of public services in accordance with the standards and regulations of public services;

- Preparation and submission of information and analytical materials to state bodies on issues related to the competence of the department;

- Monitors the funds allocated within the framework of state programs aimed at the development of entrepreneurship;

- Timely and high-quality execution of letters received from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from higher state bodies, regional and city akimat on supervised issues and filling out control letter cards;

- Performs the functions of the working body of the Regional Coordinating Council for the review of projects within the framework of the implementation of state and regional business support and development programs in the Mangystau region;

- Provides partial guarantees for micro-loans within the framework of the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship;

- Taking appropriate measures to digitalize management;

- Performing other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
