The competence of informatization, public services and material support of the state institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the city of Lisakovsk” includes:

1) improving the quality of provision of public services by local executive bodies, monitoring and assessing the quality of services provided;

2) development of electronic government services of local executive bodies;

3) development of information systems in the city akim’s office.

4) organization and maintenance of accounting, material, technical and economic maintenance of the activities of the city akim’s office.
